Wayne Township is located in the western portion of Marion County in Indianapolis. Living in Wayne Township provides easy access to the airport, interstate and downtown. Wayne Township is a large township offering diverse homes and neighborhoods. Country Club Place is located in Wayne Township on the far west side of Indianapolis near 21st Street and Country Club. Nestled behind the Indianapolis Country Club, Country Club Place offers many tree lined lot homes.
There are three distinct neighborhoods within the community, Turnberry, Heathery and Inverness.
Neighborhood communities include a playground, swimming pool, large open grassy areas and several ponds.
Homes in Country Club Place were built between 1997 - 2002 by Ryland Homes and Trinity Homes. Homes range in size from a 1200 square foot single story in Turnberry to over 4000 square foot for a two story home with basement in Inverness.
The neighborhood is served by the Wayne Township Community School District.
