Woodcreek Crossing is a Drees Homes Community located off 21st Street (CR200N) between Dan Jones and SR 267. Drees Homes is known for their quality homes and neighborhoods. Take a drive through Woodcreek Crossing and you'll see why this is one of Avon residents favorite communities.
Construction began in 2002 and there are still lots available to build. Homes range in size from 2200 square foot to over 4200 square foot with basement. Most homes here have three car garages and large lots.
At the back of the neighborhood is "The Villages of Woodcreek Crossing, a small area within the neighborhood of arts and crafts style homes built by Brookstone Builders.
