What Home Buyers Want
Today's home buyer has access to more information than at any other time in history and each day there is more content available at the click of a mouse. Statistics tell us aout 87% of homebuyers start their search online. What are they looking for when they are searching? They will look for neighborhood specific information, city statistics, travel times, amenities and pictures.
Yes, home buyers want pictures! As a matter of fact, I have seen buyer after buyer zoom past a home with few or no pictures.
Here's a little graph which depicts the activity of a home with pictures.

A home with zero pictures will receive 5.03 views and generate 1.37 leads (or people who call about the home). At the opposite end of the spectrum, a home with over 20 pictures will generate 77.24 views and 10.65 leads. Since our local board allows only 12 pictures, you need an online resource which allows the use of additional pictures.
We use a couple of resources for syndicating our pictures. One is our Virtual Tour Product which allows us to put your Indianapolis home tour and additional pictures on Realtor .com. Another resource allows us to create a Single Property Website with 25 photos, while another syndicates up to 36 pictures to various online resources. We leave nothing out when it comes to making sure your home is featured online. Yes, it takes time, but we believe you are counting on us to get the job done.
