Indianapolis Relocation Information

Indianapolis RelocationWelcome home to Indianapolis, Indiana! Nicknamed “the crossroads of America,” Indiana was granted statehood on Dec. 11, 1816, making it the 19th state to enter the union. Indianapolis has served as the state capital since 1825. Indiana spans an area of 36,420 square miles, which makes it the 38th largest state in the nation. The topography, shaped by glaciers during the last Ice Age, includes gently rolling terrain and vast plains.

Service industries, manufacturing, mining and farming all contribute to our state’s economy, with access to Lake Michigan and the Ohio River providing easy transport of goods and services. The climate provides four distinct seasons, with temperatures averaging 28 degrees F in January to 75 degrees F in July. The diversity of commerce, seasons and population is one of the many reasons people choose Indiana as a place to call home. With more than 6 million residents, Indiana is the 14th most populated state.

Indianapolis is the largest city in the Hoosier state, accounting for about 790,000 residents. With dozens of unique, vibrant neighborhoods, Indianapolis has many homes to suit whatever your lifestyle requires. From loft-style condos and custom-built houses to historic homes, let me help you find the home of your dreams.
